Julayne is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is working towards gaining the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) accreditation in 2023 through Neurocoaching Australia. Julayne has experience as a Principal within the Department of Education, where she led, coached and mentored staff. Julayne was recognised for her highly effective leadership skills as a finalist in the WAESPAA ‘Leader of Year’ Award in 2019 and her school receiving the ‘School of the Year’ Award. For over 10 years Julayne has served in church leadership, currently Senior Pastor of Passion Church in Mandurah alongside her husband, thus enabling her to dedicate time and passion to coaching, keynote speaker and delivery of professional learning.

In 2022, after commencing coach training, Julayne founded Boundless Coaching. She is passionate about serving others and partnering with them to recognise and use their gifts, strengths and talents to reach their ultimate potential.

Julayne is married to Richard, and together they have three beautiful daughters. In her spare time Julayne loves to go to the beach, kayak, catch up with friends and family and is a life-long learner.

Julayne holds a Bachelor of Education, Master of Education, Certificate IV in Theology, Diploma in Theology, Harvard Certificate in Leadership, Module 1 Neurocoaching Foundations, Module 2 Neurocoaching in Practice, Module 3 Practitioner Neurocoaching, Component 3 GROWTH Coaching International Accreditation, DISC Accreditation, Driving Forces Accreditation, Emotional Quotient Accreditation and is a member of EVER Coach.
