MEET JULAYNE
Julayne Charlton is the founder of Boundless Coaching, which helps people to transform their lives to live their dreams and reach their ultimate potential. She is passionate about helping clients seek success and fulfilment. Julayne is a qualified Coach through Neurocoaching Australia. She has extensive leadership experience as a Principal through the Department of Education. Julayne’s passion for leadership has seen her study Leadership at a postgraduate level at Harvard University and has also obtained a Masters Degree in Education.
Julayne has the training, skills, experience and passion to release untapped life and leadership potential within individuals, teams and organisations through individual and group coaching, keynote speaking and training workshops. Julayne’s ability to enable people to discover the root cause of their obstacles, and move them towards growth have enabled people to increase their confidence, competence and fulfilment within their professional and/or personal life, leading them to have no limits.
For many years Julayne has also served in several church leadership positions, currently leading as a Senior Pastor for Passion Church. Julayne is passionate about coaching, mentoring and training.

COACHING
Coaching is partnering with clients in a thought provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximise their personal and professional potential (International Coaching Federation).
Coaching is about the present and the future, not the past. It is not about staying in the past and focusing on it. It is all about moving forward to where you want your future to be either professionally or personally.
Partnering with clients is paramount to coaching. As a coach, Julayne partners with her clients to ensure they achieve the outcomes they want. Julayne believes they are the experts in their lives, therefore they drive the sessions to maximise the results they desire.
Julayne skilfully asks her clients questions that assists them in gaining clarity on the outcomes they want, how to be successful with those outcomes, discover the obstacles that are in the way, and how to address them to be able to move forward and reach their ultimate potential. Coaching enables clients to discover and release the resources they already have within them, leading them to achieve their professional and/or personal outcomes.
SERVICES
Whether it be business coaching, executive coaching or personal development coaching, Julayne does not believe in a uniformed or stock standard approach. Rather, she always spends time listening to her clients and asking clarifying questions in order to clearly discover and confirm the outcomes her clients are looking for. She then draws on her extensive skill set to coach to the specific needs of the clients, bringing lasting transformation.
